By accessing and using Crop Markets (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

Crop Markets provides agricultural commodity news, market data, trade analytics, and related content through our website at crop-markets.com. The Service includes both free and subscription-based content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Crop Markets offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial period. Current pricing:

Monthly Plan: $49 per month
Annual Plan: $470 per year (20% discount)

4.2 Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for your chosen subscription plan.

4.3 Billing and Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content on Crop Markets, including articles, data, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Crop Markets or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include:

Resale or commercial use of the Service or its content
Collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or prices
Derivative use of the Service or its content
Downloading or copying account information for the benefit of another merchant

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CROP MARKETS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
